Having worked with InnovativeBCS long before coming on-board as Chief Information Officer in 2011, Tim Shine was impressed with Innovative Architect’s culture, talent and professionalism. Before IA, Tim worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies and various degrees of positions and leadership roles. His main focus during the beginning of his career was Information Technology leadership, Microsoft technologies, software development, and information technology process improvement. Tim is also experienced with working with businesses to ensure SOX/SAS 70/SSAE16 compliancy with business process improvements and controls.
Tim is known around the office for taking risks and not being afraid to fail – an attribute that has help make him a valuable asset to the IA team. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons. He is also an avid marathon runner, recently completing his first (and definitely last) marathon
Scott McMichael was first introduced to InnovativeBCS as a client seeking a partnership with a firm filled with Microsoft rock stars. He later joined IA in 2006 serving in a variety of capacities and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2012. It wasn’t a hard move, since Scott excels in operational leadership and is passionate about process improvement and delivery excellence. In his day-to-day operations at InnovativeBCS, Scott works closely with the project management team to ensure that the client receives the highest quality product in a timely manner.
You’ll often find Scott working behind the scenes on Innovative Architect’s go-to-market service offerings. He is always striving to produce the most innovative, freshest ideas and services. In his free time, Scott is the busy father of four kids. Scott enjoys music and even worked as a professional DJ for fifteen years. Ask him about his emcee days and you are sure to receive an abundance of entertaining stories and a good laugh.
In January 2005, Dan Michaels started InnovativeBCS with the idea that if you hire smart, successful, determined people, our IA team can help customers achieve great IT project success. Over the past eight years, Dan has helped lead IA into an award winning Microsoft Gold Certified Managed services partner while achieving record sales and profitability growth. Using Microsoft technologies as the core, along with a great technology team, Dan also helped architect “Quick Win Methodology,” IA’s methodology to help customers achieve quick implementation success that has helped over 250 companies successfully implement Microsoft IT projects.
Prior to starting InnovativeBCS, Dan spent five years working for SAP America and seven years as a sales and marketing executive with Unilever. In 1998, Dan has earned an MBA from the Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and has earned a BS in Marketing from The University of Alabama and a BS in Communication from Illinois State University. Dan is involved in several organizations to include the Young Survival Coalition, Action Ministries, Turning Point, and the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council. Dan lives in Alpharetta, GA, has four kids, and is an active member of Stone Creek Church
